Antonia Manolios is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and member of the Dietitians Association of Australia and has over 13 years experience as a clinical dietitian. She was the surgical and critical care dietitian at Blacktown Hospital for over 5 years before moving onto become a community dietitian who provided home visits to the elderly and those with mental health conditions. She has worked alongside one of Australia’s leading personal trainers on her online program, guiding clients on their weight loss journey. Alongside these roles, Antonia has worked at The BMI Clinic (formerly GBA) since it opened in 2005 and is the lead dietitian in the clinic. The clinic specialises in non- surgical weight loss procedures such as the Intragastric Balloon and Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty.
In addition to these roles, Antonia is the lead dietitian at Diet Matters. Antonia enjoys working with her clients to assist them in making dietary and lifestyle changes to enable a healthier lifestyle. Her main interests are in the areas of weight loss, gastrointestinal diseases such as irritable bowel syndrome, diverticular disease and coeliac disease as well as surgical nutrition, aged care nutrition, diabetes, cholesterol management and poly cystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).
