Antonia Manolios is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and member of the Dietitians’ Association of Australia. She completed her degree at the University of Sydney with first class honours. In addition to running and consulting at Diet Matters, Antonia is also the dietitian for Eastern Obesity Clinic and in the hospital setting primarily in the area of Intensive Care and Surgery.
Antonia enjoys working with her clients to assist them in making dietary and
lifestyle changes to enable a healthier lifestyle. Her main interests are in the areas of weight loss, diabetes, cholesterol management and the nutritional management of gastrointestinal diseases such as irritable bowel syndrome, diverticular disease and coeliac disease.
